Rampart Aviation is currently hiring Second in Command Pilots in Pensacola, FL.

Our team is currently in the process of selecting Second in Command Pilots for the Casa 212.  Experience in multi-engine turbine aircraft is Preferred.  Casa 212 and TPE-331 experience is preferred.


  • Perform Second In Command duties for Rampart Flight Operations supporting part 135 Air Cargo Operations in the Southeast USA.
  • The position is based in Florida.
  • The positition may require that the pilot travel for short periods of time, typically not more than two weeks at a time.
  • Flight operations are conducted under Part 135. 
  • All duties will be performed in accordance with Company Operations Manuals and the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Must hold the following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Ratings:

  • Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument
  • ATP is preferred
  • CFI, CFII, MEI is desirable
  • Valid First or Second Class Medical

Minimum Flight Experience

  • 1000 hours Total Time
  • 500 hours Multi-Engine

  • Must have valid US Passport.
  • Valid US Drivers License.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a background check,  obtain and hold a Top Secret Clearance - TS Personal Security Clearance strongly desired.

Physical Demands: Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, extensive walking and working in tiring uncomfortable positions. May require lifting of objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.

Work Environment: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, to an environment where inclement weather may subject individual to severe changes of temperature, wind, rain, etc. Travel to austere and inhospitable high stress environments will be required. May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May be exposed to electrical shock hazards.
